About Us

Leadership beyond title.

At Impact Leadership Northwest, we equip leaders with practical skills to communicate effectively, build trust, lead with empathy and respect, and create positive workplace cultures that inspire people to do their best.

Meet Tom

Tom Dolliver has spent more than 30 years leading senior living organizations and developing leaders who make a lasting difference.

Since beginning his career in 1991 in southern New Mexico, he has served in executive leadership roles overseeing assisted living, independent living, and memory care communities, earning a reputation for building strong teams, improving operations, and creating cultures where both employees and residents thrive.

Throughout his career, Tom has led multi-site organizations, reduced employee turnover by more than 75%, opened New Mexico's first licensed memory care community, and helped organizations achieve exceptional operational and regulatory performance. While he's proud of those accomplishments, he believes lasting success is built through investing in people.

Today, Tom brings that philosophy to Impact Leadership Northwest. Drawing on decades of experience studying workforce trends, leadership, and organizational culture, he partners with leaders to strengthen teams, develop emerging talent, and create workplaces where people feel valued, engaged, and inspired to do their best work.

Meet Nena

Nena Terry has spent more than 25 years helping people and organizations succeed through leadership development, human resources, and senior living administration.

Her career has included roles as a Memory Care Administrator, Human Resources Director, and owner of a senior placement business, giving her a unique understanding of the challenges leaders face at every level.  As a Certified Coach, Nena is passionate about developing leaders who inspire trust, communicate with purpose, and cultivate workplace cultures where people feel valued and respected.

Nena's journey began in community relations for a memory care community where that experience quickly evolved to a leadership role as Executive Director in just one year. Those early experiences taught her that leadership isn't something people simply "figure out" - it requires support, mentorship, and the right tools to succeed.

Today, Nena brings those lessons to Impact Leadership Northwest. She partners with leaders to strengthen communication, build engaged teams, and foster cultures rooted in Trust, Empathy, Respect and Positivity. Her mission is simple: when organizations invest in developing their people, individuals grow, teams become stronger, and lasting success follows.
